AT THE recent Malaysia Chinese Asia Pacific Women's Economic Summit in Selangor, one participant asked a panel of female business leaders how working wives can keep their spouses from straying.

A speaker duly replied: "Years of work often take our attention away from our spouses. To keep our relationship fresh, we women should always rejuvenate ourselves so that we remain exciting to our husbands."

Another speaker, Claire Chiang, promptly took over the microphone.
