Shoppers looking to spice up their wardrobes for Chinese New Year can look forward to a literal shopping feast at the Clarke Quay Traders' Market.
The inaugural event will feature a fun Clothes Buffet.
There, visitors choose a bag in one of three sizes (small, medium or large), for $10 and up.
They will then be set loose at the "buffet line" at the Central Fountain Square, where they get to take all the clothing items they can fit into their bag.
Held from 5pm to 11pm today and tomorrow, clothes from about 30 blogshops will be up for grabs.
Expect to see casual dresses, tops and shorts from popular blogshops such as Miss:fi:t, Cherylelle and Le Flirtini.
Ms Fiona Tan, 25, who runs Miss:fi:t, has one tip for the savvy shopper: In order to maximise your experience at the Clothes Buffet, know your bag size.
She said that a small bag can fit about seven pieces of clothing, while a large one can fit up to 15 pieces.
Here's My Paper's tip: Don't be picky. If you see something you like, don't wait. Grab it, before someone else does.
The Clarke Quay Traders' Market is a series of monthly bazaars, to be held every third weekend of the month.
While at the bazaar this weekend, look out for the God of Fortune, who will be roaming around Clarke Quay.
He will be handing out red packets - some containing $10 CapitaLand shopping-mall vouchers. Happy shopping!
