A striped T-shirt is a chic piece for any fashionista's wardrobe, and now you can own a piece from one of the original striped T-shirt brands.

Multi-label boutique Rockstar has brought in Saint James, a French clothing label founded in 1889 and the original maker of the striped fisherman's sweater.

The brand is famous for its cotton and wool Breton sweaters in classic nautical stripes, and it still provides the French navy and army with official uniform sweaters.

Rockstar carries both women's and men's striped tops from Saint James. Prices range from $79 for a short-sleeved striped T-shirt to $119 for a long-sleeved striped top.

They are available at the Rockstar boutiques at 03-08 Orchard Cineleisure and 22 Orchard Road.
