French Invasion
by Stacey Chia

French brand Sandro has opened its first stand-alone store in Singapore at 03-18 Ion Orchard.

Like other French high-street brands, Sandro is known for its chic Parisian aesthetic - simple, but with an edge. Its latest women's collection includes biker jackets, monochrome separates and pleated skirts. Prices range from $200 for a belt to $1,400 for a jacket.

The 1,900 sq ft store will also carry the brand's menswear collection, with prices ranging from $100 for a T-shirt to $2,100 for an overcoat.

This is Sandro's first stand-alone store in South-east Asia. Founded by husband and wife duo, Evelyne and Didier Chetrite, the brand's menswear collection is designed by their eldest son Ilan Chetrite.
