New fashion brands at Paragon

This month, fashion brand Aigner will officially launch the world’s first concept store at a new location in Paragon, while Tod’s new concept duplex store opened with a grand opening celebration recently on 4 September 2009.

Come October, leading American designer brand Coach will open its first flagship store in Singapore at Paragon, offering an assortment of Coach’s pinnacle products. A first of its kind in Asia, the store design concept will feature an intimate, residential New York attitude.

To mark its opening, Coach has created a limited edition collection of handbags which will only be available at the Coach Paragon store. The unique handbags are limited to a total of 100 pieces.

Bo Concept, Denmark’s retail furniture chain, will also open its second store at Paragon in mid-October. It joins the array of luxury home finishing selection at Paragon level 4. Bo Concept’s modern design furniture is created for the urban-minded shopper.

Cop. Copine, a French designer of stylish women’s clothing, opened in Paragon last month, bringing with them cutting-edge designs with a dash of French chic.

Several boutiques at Paragon have also relocated to bigger premises within the mall. Furla, the Italian luxury label known for its quality leather goods, has now moved to a bigger home at level 2. Another boutique, Pois, which carries multi-label high-fashion ladies ready-to-wear collection, will also have a brand new shop on the same level.

Over at Paragon Junior, the concept kids’ zone, expect new additions to the collection of kid’s fashion labels. Armani Junior, opened in July, provides a quality line of clothing for children of all ages.

Other brands that recently debuted in Paragon Junior include Little Colette and Kidstyle, both multi-label stores which carry premier international designer labels for infants, toddlers and kids. Look out for brands such as Carter’s, Adidas Kids, Lilliputiens and Missoni homes.

Beauty • Mums • Babies, a clinic providing prenatal and postnatal massage for mothers and infants, is at level 5 Paragon Junior as well.

Paragon's basement level continues to whet everyone's appetites with a wide variety of food establishments. There is OChaCha for a taste of Matcha frappé. Big O, which opens in October, has a wide selection of western cuisine. For oriental cuisine, head for Grandma’s for a taste of the Singapore flavour or Kaffir & Lime by ThaiExpress. For dessert, be enticed by Canale Patisserie Chocolaterie, a plush cafe offering mouth-watering cakes and pastries.
