Make-up artist looks for the eyes

MAYBELLINE has done it again.

The brand, known for its long-wear mascaras (a celebrity favourite), has now released a trio of eye make-up products that are easy to blend and help create make-up artist looks at home.

Eye Studio Diamond Glow eyeshadow palettes ($17.90 each) include base highlighters, lid shapers, crease balancers and definers – all in one small kit.

The palettes – which come in shades of Gray Pink, Ocean Blue, Ash Brown and Green Copper – deliver the shiniest finish and purest colour imaginable.

Light-reflecting silk particles shimmer and twinkle, bringing colour to life.

Also check out the Eye Studio 2-in-1 Impact Shadow Liner ($11.90), which promises to give the vividness of liquid eyeliner with the application ease of a pencil, plus the option of smoothing the colour over your lid for a shadow-like effect.

It has got super staying power too, and contains moisturising ingredients, including jojoba oil, vitamin E and cottonseed oil.

Upon application, it sets in seconds into a nontransfer, waterproof layer for all-day and into-the-night wear.

And Maybelline’s longlasting Long Extreme Double Stretch Mascara ($18.90) visibly lengthens lashes by up to 85 per cent, and is good for 24 hours of continuous wear.

Best of all, it washes off with warm water.

Maybelline eye trios are available at Watsons and Guardian pharmacies.
