Finalists at Miss Universe Singapore 2009

The evening of glitz and glamour may have been accompanied by gossip that this year's winner of Miss Singapore Universe 2009, Miss Rachel Kum, was slated by the organisers and their sponsors to win, but that didn't stop the show from going on.

i am appalled by the quality of the girls. rachel kum is not that pretty to be a miss universe. and the dress she wore. its one big.. OH MY GOD!

I really wish local pageants will start looking less like prom night. I'm speechless about the makeup, the dresses and jewellery... ... ...
