Be inspired by the enchanting warrior princess!
Iranian designer, Khaled El-Masri, sucessfully marries the impossible worlds of power and meekness, fierceness and poise, sexiness and vulnerability. His couture collection stormed the runway at Living in Style when he was in Singapore recently.
Strongly inspired by Korean and Middle Eastern cultures, Khaled manages to weave the two together, while retaining the distinctiveness of each flavour. His signature is marked by traditional costume sleeves and silver embroidery.
Gowns are big with long trails and difficult material, but the elegant kimono bows, tied with a twist, sexy off-shoulder sashes, and gladiator pumps win our vote.
