What was to be a night of celebration and dinner for Hong Kong celebrity couple Tony Leung and Carina Lau with their friends was cut short, after Tony discovered two guests engaged in dubious activity in his study.

According to a report in yesterday's edition of Hong Kong magazine's Oriental Sunday, the two guests, who were part of a group of friends that included Carina's make-up artist, Ah Zing, had gone into Tony's study several times while the hosts were busy entertaining their other friends. The pair, a bespectacled man and a woman, were seen bent over at a desk in the room while the man was crushing what looked to be white powder with a card.

The report also said that the woman had a look of anticipation on her face, and proceeded to use a long straw to breathe in the powder through her nose repeatedly. The pair were discovered by Tony, who immediately cut short the party and told his guests to leave.
