S.H.E are officially back in action.

Following their highly anticipated reunion performance at the Golden Melody Awards ceremony last month, the spunky Taiwanese pop trio – comprising Hebe Tien, 29, Selina Jen, 30, and Ella Chen, 31 – have begun work on their yet-to-be-titled new album.

Last Thursday, the gals headed into the recording studio at their record label HIM International’s headquarters in Taipei to much fanfare from their colleagues – a red carpet was specially laid out and the singers were greeted by loud cheers.

“I feel so flattered...In the future, do we get such treatment every time we do recording?” Chen reportedly joked.

It will be S.H.E’s first album since Jen suffered burns on an on-set explosion in October 2010.
