China Press reported that Hong Kong TVB actor Raymond Lam, 33, would marry model-actress Karena Ng.

Raymond's father Lam Kwok Wah, a renowned real-estate property developer in Xiamen, China, was seen in Hong Kong helping with preparations last Thursday.

According to the daily, the family would invite a Buddhist monk to witness the marriage. It was reported that Kwok Wah did not particularly like Ng as Raymond had spent a large amount of money on the 18-year-old during their one-year courtship.

However, the business tycoon refrained from voicing his comments as Raymond was happy with Ng.

The couple will host a wedding banquet at a high-class hotel in Xiamen and a wedding dinner in Hong Kong.
