Claim to fame: His work has been seen in magazines including Her World, Female and Icon. He has also done make-up for celebrities including Jeanette Aw, Denise Keller and Hong Kong actress Michelle Yim.

My signature make-up style is... pretty, well-blended make-up that is wearable and feminine.

My greatest achievement is... winning the Make-up Artist of the Year Award at the Elle Awards 2008. It was the first time I was nominated for an award and the fact that I won shows that my work is recognised.

My three beauty faves are...

• Shu Uemura Face Architect Smoothing Fluid Foundation, $70, which is so moisturising and light that you feel like you are not wearing anything on your face.
• M.A.C Mineralize SPF15 Foundation/Loose Powder, $55, a multi-purpose powder that can be dusted on as loose powder to give skin a radiant sheen or buffed into skin for more coverage.
• Chanel Inimitable Waterproof Mascara Multi-Dimensionnel, $47, which adds both volume and length without clumping lashes.
