This South Korean model boasts seven years of experience and says her most significant modelling projects to date were print ads done in Singapore. Last year, she was chosen for two print ads for Ricola and the Great Singapore Sale. Joo has also been the poster girl for the Shinagawa Lasik Centre here since 2008.
When was the last time you had fast food?
It was a very long time ago, I can't recall. I hardly ever have it because I prefer Asian food. My favourite food is ban mian (handmade noodles).
Describe your most horrible modelling experience.
In my first year of modelling, I tripped and fell on stage during a bridal show in South Korea. That happened six years ago. I wasn't injured but it was embarrassing.
How would you celebrate if you won?
I would like to take a break from work and visit my best friend who is now living in Hong Kong.
