Good make-up is always an art, but why not spice it up?
Tip 1: Emphasise the eyes, go for a smoky, dark look…create an element of mystery
while appearing natural, by adding eye shadow, even a touch of mascara or eyeliner.
Tip 2: Put emphasis on lips, rather than eyes: opt for a strong, striking red or a
bewitching crimson. In any case make sure it’s expertly applied, stresses Dior make-up artist Pat McGrath.
The most recent make-up trend has to be the vampire look, which is very in right now: notably a white complexion. John Galliano went for a porcelain doll effect with warm makeup on a pale face, while Viktor & Rolf opted for a pure, almost immaculate look. Although note that this is not an easy colour to wear to work…!
