Sharon Au is counting down the days until her contract with MediaCorp ends - on March 31, 2017.

The 36-year-old local actress-host, who is now a manager there in a unit called Strategy, said she wants to move away (she's not sure where yet), get married and have kids.

Wait, wouldn't she be too old to have kids then?

"Don't say that!" Au shrieked.

"I still feel young. My womb is good and I have child-bearing hips."

The former celebrity made an appearance at the Star Awards Show 1 last Sunday as the iconic character Ah Hao from the 1990s variety show City Beat.

She said that wearing the wig made her as hyperactive and comedic as her onscreen character.
