SINGAPORE - Famous French patisserie Laduree is slated to open this month at Takashimaya Shopping Centre.

But before we can have a taste of their delectable macarons, how about wearing them?

Japanese retailer Uniqlo has collaborated with the luxury brand for the first time to showcase a special T-shirt collection featuring Laduree artworks.

The designs feature pastel-coloured T-shirts decorated with colourful macarons and confectioneries, as well as chic motifs of Parisian culture.

Each T-shirt in the exclusive female collection will be priced at $24.90. There are a total of 10 different designs sold now at all Uniqlo stores islandwide.

A portion of the profit from sales of this collection will be donated to Japanese association, IVY, which helps children affected by the 2011 tsunami which devastated Tohoku, Japan.
