Zhang Ziyi and Chinese rock musician Wang Feng have been rumoured to be an item since May this year.

According to an article in Asian Pop News, the couple refused to admit to their relationship despite being caught on a date numerous times.

However, the rock musician professed his love for her openly during his concert at Shanghai Stadium.

Before the performance of the song, 'I love you that much', Wang Feng suddenly delivered an eight-minute love declaration.

He said: "I imagine that one day we could hold hands like a normal couple.

"I imagine that one day, we could walk under the sun and not be wearing masks anymore.

"The people around us will not flash their cameras at us, and instead respond to us with a friendly smile.

"I imagine that when we get old one day, we could hold each other and walk forward on the road.

"My love, you have a hard time! I never thought that a simple love can add so much burden on you.

Upon his love declaration, fans were heard cheering: "Zhang Ziyi, Zhang Ziyi, be together!"

Zhang Ziyi, who was present at the concert, was captured on screen at that moment, with tears rolling down her cheeks.

At present, both their managers have declined to comment about Wang Feng's love declaration.
