Billed for unwanted facial treatment

I BOUGHT a trial intense pulsed light facial treatment package for $38.

On arrival at the salon, I was told that I needed a “better” package costing over $200.

I refused and said I did not have enough money to pay for it.

I was finally led to a room where the treatment was conducted for 20 minutes.

The staff then asked me to buy a five-bottle product package for $198, which would be used for another treatment.

I was then told that only one bottle of the product would be needed for the treatment session.

I refused again but I was held down in my seat and had the contents of one bottle applied to my face.

As my bank account had only a little more than $170, they billed me for $172 via Nets and insisted I pay the balance the next day.

Perhaps by revealing the shop consumers and the company itself would realise that some of its staff are jeapordising their business, please do let us know where and what this shop is?

Yeah, if u have skin problem, it is better to go to skin doctor. so u wont end up doing thing that is not necessary for ur skin..The beauty clinic is just for u to clean ur face skin and massage ur face. I also hate those who like to force people to believe in what they're saying ... this and that....
Reveal which clinic is it, please...Thanks

The similar experience happened to me, but I am a much unluckier case. I have spent more than 600+1200+1200 in the same salon, but they still persuade me to upgrade to "VIP" package and to buy their products. Facial is supposed to be a relaxation, but now it has become a suffering. The facial depresses me because they continue telling me how bad my skin is and only the better package helps. It is worse that I can not leave now, since I have deposited so much with them. Sigh...
