In the early days of marriage, sex was explosive and frequent. Now there are kids in the picture, and you have to juggle your family and long working hours, and your husband also seems to have lost some of his shine, perhaps even his hair. A recent Durex sex survey showed that only 62 per cent of respondents in Singapore were having sex weekly and only 35 per cent were satisfied with their sex life.
Besides improving your relationship, a healthy sex life is actually good for you. According to researchers at Wilkes University in the US, having sex once or twice a week boosts the immune system by 30 per cent. Now that should be incentive enough to tackle these common sex saboteurs and breathe some sensuality back into your life.
