OFFICIALLY, the Great Singapore Sale begins next Friday. But already, shops have been slashing prices under the banner of their mid-season sales.

Stores like River Island, Aldo and G2000 are just a few places where shoppers can find fashion going for less.

River Island and Aldo, found in major shopping malls, are offering up to 50 per cent off, and it isn’t just slim pickings, either.

River Island in Raffles City Shopping Centre, for example, has a host of on-trend party clothes bearing sale tags. Over at G2000, shoppers can expect to find workwear at up to 50 per cent off until June 20.

They also stand to win up to $500 worth of G2000 vouchers, or The Ultimate Spa vouchers, with over $120 spent in a single receipt. From now until Sunday,
G2000 VIP members get an additional 20 per cent off their final bill (you’re eligible when you buy two items).

And psst... Big brands generally don’t like to blast out their sales, but there are a few that have quietly begun to offer discounts. Herve Leger by Max Azria, for instance, worn by stars like Kim Kardashian and Carmen Electra and known for its sexy bandage dresses, is offering up to 50 per cent off until June 20.
