Feeling un-sexy after giving birth
by Justina Tan

Sex Saboteur #5: Physical changes
You’re a mother of three or you’ve just given birth, so your body isn’t what it used to be. To make things worse, your husband doesn’t look that hot either, what with his expanding waistline and receding hairline.

All these physical changes may affect the way you feel about yourself and your husband as sexual beings.

Solution: With surgery or childbirth, your body has just gone through a huge roller coaster ride, so recognising that it’s all right not to feel sexy and allowing yourself time to be sexual again are all definite steps forward, says Dr Lee.

As both of you have changed physically, express your desire to work towards a healthier lifestyle together. Adds Dr Lee: “Exercise together – it's fun, helps you bond as a couple and increases your intimacy in the bedroom.”

When you’ve shed your first five kilos, celebrate with some sexy new underwear!
