MALAYSIA - Former Playboy "bunny" Felixia Yeap, 27, has taken up Islamic studies as a prelude to converting to the faith, Berita Harian reported.

The Ipoh-born model, who was featured as a Playmate in the Philippine edition of Playboy magazine and enrolled as a "bunny" at the Playboy Club in Macau in 2011, now carries a muslimah image that has the blessings of her family.

"I am focused on learning. I cannot be hasty about learning religion," she said.
